College is often described as "the best four years of your life!" Thanks to the new found freedoms, adventures, friendships, discoveries, parties and more, college is a great time to have fun, but also prepare for the next step. Unfortunately, as many college girls will agree, every night isn't an adventure, and every day doesn't begin after 8 hours of rest. Over these 4 years are countless sleepless nights, late-night study sessions (and snacking), academic pressure, and no one reminding you to eat your leafy greens or boost your vitamin C. 

 

As three girls who are about to hit the real world, looking back we found there are some fun and easy tips to stay fit and healthy, both in body and in mind. We may be no experts, but we will help you discover the resources available to help you maintain a healthy diet, find the type of exercise you enjoy, and provide tips to help keep you out of Student Health and involved on campus.
